- Service Scope
Reprota connects customers with independent service professionals.
All bookings, quotations, execution, and after-service communication happen as per the service listing and vendor availability.
- Pricing & Payments

โ Online payments are processed securely via recognized payment gateways (like Razorpay).
- Service Fulfillment

- The customer must provide access to the property for service execution.
- Vendor Responsibility
Service is executed by partnered vendors.
Any operational damage, delay, misconduct, or negligence during the job remains the responsibility of the assigned vendor.
- Customer Responsibility

- Ensure safety items like electricity & water supply are available.
- Cooperate with technicians during the service.

Modify services/prices
Suspend the account for misuse
Terminate service at any time based on vendor availability

This agreement is governed by applicable Indian laws & jurisdiction.
๐ข Property Management Terms & Agreement
This Agreement governs the relationship between the Property Owner (โOwnerโ) and Reprota (โService Providerโ) for professional management of residential and commercial properties.
- Scope of Service
Reprota manages property on behalf of the Owner, including:
- Tenant acquisition & verification
- Rent collection & settlement
- Periodic inspection & maintenance
- Move-in/Move-out documentation
- Dispute management & coordination
- Pricing & Fees
Property owners may choose either of the following plans:
- Subscription Fee: โน999 โ โน2999 per month
- Commission on Rent: 10% โ 20% of monthly rent income
Charges depend on property size, furnishing, locality & service scope.
- Owner Responsibilities
- Provide legal ownership proof
- Approve major repair expenses
- Maintain insurance (if applicable)
- Provide property access for inspections
- Service Provider Responsibilities
- Select & verify tenants
- Maintain property condition
- Provide digital service reports
- Ensure timely rent communication
- Repair & Maintenance
Minor repairs handled as per the service plan.
Major repairs require owner approval before execution.
- Key Handover & Access Control
Keys may be held by Reprota for inspections & showings.
Unauthorized duplicate key creation is strictly prohibited.
- Liability
- Vendor damage โ vendor responsible
- Tenant damage โ tenant responsible
- Illegal property usage โ tenant liable
Reprota is not liable for natural wear & tear.
- Contract Termination
- 30-day written notice required
- Dues must be cleared before termination

- Rent Payments
- Pay rent on or before the due date
- Late fees may apply as per contract
- Security Deposit

- Adjusted only against damages & dues
- Property Usage

โ No illegal, hazardous, or unauthorized usage
- Damages
Tenant is responsible for misuse or intentional damage.
Normal wear & tear excluded.
- Guests & Visitors
Guests are allowed but cannot stay beyond 7 days without the owner’s permission.
- Move-out
Final inspection required
Repair cost (if any) deducted from deposit.
- Compliance
Police verification mandatory
Government rules must be followed

- Payment System
Rent is collected via a secure digital gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
- Settlement
Rent transferred to Owner after:
deduction of 10%โ20% commission OR
monthly subscription fee
within 7 working days.
- Late Payment
Tenant must pay the penalty as per the agreement.
Repeated delay may lead to an eviction notice.
- Records
Digital receipts sent to both Owner & Tenant.

Periodic inspections ensure property safety & upkeep.

Urgent safety repairs can be executed immediately.
The owner will be informed at the earliest.
