Reprota is a home services aggregator offering verified service partners (vendors) for plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, carpentry, painting, interior work, moving & packing, appliance repair, and other home improvement services.


  1. Service Scope

Reprota connects customers with independent service professionals.
All bookings, quotations, execution, and after-service communication happen as per the service listing and vendor availability.


  1. Pricing & Payments

โœ” All prices are shown inclusive/exclusive of taxes as per local law.
โœ” Final pricing may vary after on-site inspection.
โœ” Online payments are processed securely via recognized payment gateways (like Razorpay).


  1. Service Fulfillment
  • Work timelines depend on service type, availability, and location.
  • Materials/parts, if required, may incur additional charges.
  • The customer must provide access to the property for service execution.

  1. Vendor Responsibility

Service is executed by partnered vendors.
Any operational damage, delay, misconduct, or negligence during the job remains the responsibility of the assigned vendor.


  1. Customer Responsibility
  • Provide accurate address & service details.
  • Ensure safety items like electricity & water supply are available.
  • Cooperate with technicians during the service.

  1. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) will be specific to:

Reprota does not provide a universal warranty on all services.


  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy for applicable charges.


  1. Illegal Activities Prohibited

Customer must not request any illegal, hazardous, or non-compliant activities.


  1. Changes / Termination

Reprota reserves the right to:

Modify services/prices

Suspend the account for misuse

Terminate service at any time based on vendor availability


  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable Indian laws & jurisdiction.


๐Ÿข Property Management Terms & Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Property Owner (โ€œOwnerโ€) and Reprota (โ€œService Providerโ€) for professional management of residential and commercial properties.


  1. Scope of Service

Reprota manages property on behalf of the Owner, including:

  • Tenant acquisition & verification
  • Rent collection & settlement
  • Periodic inspection & maintenance
  • Move-in/Move-out documentation
  • Dispute management & coordination

  1. Pricing & Fees

Property owners may choose either of the following plans:

  • Subscription Fee: โ‚น999 โ€“ โ‚น2999 per month
  • Commission on Rent: 10% โ€“ 20% of monthly rent income

Charges depend on property size, furnishing, locality & service scope.


  1. Owner Responsibilities
  • Provide legal ownership proof
  • Approve major repair expenses
  • Maintain insurance (if applicable)
  • Provide property access for inspections

  1. Service Provider Responsibilities
  • Select & verify tenants
  • Maintain property condition
  • Provide digital service reports
  • Ensure timely rent communication

  1. Repair & Maintenance

Minor repairs handled as per the service plan.
Major repairs require owner approval before execution.


  1. Key Handover & Access Control

Keys may be held by Reprota for inspections & showings.
Unauthorized duplicate key creation is strictly prohibited.


  1. Liability
  • Vendor damage โ†’ vendor responsible
  • Tenant damage โ†’ tenant responsible
  • Illegal property usage โ†’ tenant liable

Reprota is not liable for natural wear & tear.


  1. Contract Termination
  • 30-day written notice required
  • Dues must be cleared before termination

๐Ÿ  Tenant & Guest Policy

Tenant & Guest Rules โ€“ Reprota Managed Properties

Tenants must comply with the following:


  1. Rent Payments
  • Pay rent on or before the due date
  • Late fees may apply as per contract

  1. Security Deposit
  • Collected before move-in
  • Adjusted only against damages & dues

  1. Property Usage

โœ” Residential units only for living
โœ” Commercial units only for approved business activity
โŒ No illegal, hazardous, or unauthorized usage


  1. Damages

Tenant is responsible for misuse or intentional damage.
Normal wear & tear excluded.


  1. Guests & Visitors

Guests are allowed but cannot stay beyond 7 days without the owner’s permission.


  1. Move-out

Final inspection required
Repair cost (if any) deducted from deposit.


  1. Compliance

Police verification mandatory
Government rules must be followed


๐Ÿ’ณ Rent Collection & Settlement Policy

Rent Collection Policy โ€“ Reprota


  1. Payment System

Rent is collected via a secure digital gateway (e.g., Razorpay).


  1. Settlement

Rent transferred to Owner after:

deduction of 10%โ€“20% commission OR

monthly subscription fee
within 7 working days.


  1. Late Payment

Tenant must pay the penalty as per the agreement.
Repeated delay may lead to an eviction notice.


  1. Records

Digital receipts sent to both Owner & Tenant.

  1. Routine Inspections

Periodic inspections ensure property safety & upkeep.


  1. On-site Work

Vendors follow professional & safety standards.


  1. Repair Cost Rules
  • Minor repairs โ†’ covered under plan (if included)
  • Major repairs โ†’ Owner approval required

  1. Emergency Maintenance

Urgent safety repairs can be executed immediately.
The owner will be informed at the earliest.

  1. Subscription Fee

Non-refundable once the service period starts.


  1. Commission Model

Applicable only on successful rent collection.


  1. Agreement Cancel

Notice period charges may apply.


  1. Tenant Placement Fee

If a specialist tenant search is requested, a separate fee may apply.

  1. Illegal Usage Prohibited

Any activity violating the law โ†’ tenancy terminated.

Tenant must follow all safety, fire, and municipal regulations.

Police & ID verification mandatory.


  1. Unauthorized Occupancy

Strict action will be taken for misuse of property access.
