Welcome to Reprota. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Reprota’s Mobile Application and Services. - Services Provided
Reprota provides home maintenance services including but not limited to Cleaning, Plumbing, Painting, AC Services, and other home-related solutions. We act as a platform connecting users with service professionals.
- User Accounts
- To book a service, users must register using a valid mobile number verified through OTP authentication.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
- Accurate information, including Name, Address, and Phone Number, must be provided for successful service delivery.
- Booking and Pricing
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices displayed in the app are starting prices and may vary depending on the actual scope of work.
- Reprota reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
- Payment Terms
- We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods available in the app.
- Payment must be completed immediately after service completion.
- Additional materials or spare parts required during service will be charged separately unless otherwise stated.
- User Conduct and Safety
- Users must ensure a safe working environment for service professionals.
- Any abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination and legal action.
- Users are advised to keep valuables secure during service visits.
- Limitation of Liability
Reprota shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we perform professional verification procedures, users are advised to exercise personal caution.
- Account Suspension
Reprota reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities.
- Service Availability
Services may not be available in all cities or locations and may vary depending on operational coverage and professional availability.
- Changes to Terms
Reprota reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttarakhand, India.
