We aim to be transparent with cancellations and refunds.
- Cancellation Before Vendor Visit
✔ Full refund if canceled before the technician is assigned or dispatched.
- Cancellation After Vendor Dispatch
A visit charge may apply to cover the vendor’s time & travel.
- Cancellation During Service Execution
Charges will apply for: • Materials purchased
- Partially completed work
No full refund in this case.
- Service Not Delivered
If the vendor fails to deliver service due to operational issues: ✔ Full refund will be processed OR
✔ Free rescheduling option will be provided
- Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
- Dispute Resolution
Customer must report issues within 48 hours of service completion.
