Reprota is a real estate and home services platform. We do not ship any physical goods. All services listed on our platform are fulfilled at the customerโs property location by our verified service partners.
๐ Service Delivery Scope
Services are delivered only within India
Availability of services may vary based on city & pin code coverage
Service scheduling is based on vendor availability & the customer’s preferred slot
The customer must provide an accurate address and a valid contact number for smooth service delivery
โฑ๏ธ Delivery Timeline
Standard services are scheduled and fulfilled within 24โ72 hours
Urgent services depend on vendor availability and may include additional charges
Large projects (renovation, interior work, etc.) have customized timelines as per the agreed project plan
๐ On-Site / Home Service Visits
Our service professional will visit the customer’s location as per the booked appointment
In case the customer is unavailable at the time of visit, a revisit fee may apply
๐ณ Order Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when: 1๏ธโฃ Service order is placed on our platform
2๏ธโฃ Booking slot is scheduled
3๏ธโฃ Advance / full payment is successfully received (if applicable)
๐ Reschedule & Cancellation
The customer can reschedule the visit 24 hours in advance, subject to approval
Cancellation charges may apply based on service type

๐ซ Non-Deliverable Zones
If the service location falls outside our operational areas:
The order may be cancelled, and eligible refunds will be processed
Our support team will notify the customer immediately

Service professionals may verify customer identity/location before delivery
All technicians and vendors are background-verified and trained
